Exploring Relationships between Experience Realms and Satisfaction of Visitors within Festival Event

Festivals and special events are unique experiential products that able to produce ranges of sensations, imaginations, emotions, involvement within visitors. Experiential concept is useful for the event organization measure achievement or effectiveness outcome their further understand nature visitor experiences festival settings. Hence, this study attempts explore visitors’ in Bazaar Ramadhan known as street food fiesta, a one-month festive held only month celebration fasting Muslims. place where Muslims non-Muslims flock these places iftar food. Five dimensions which comprises entertainment, educational, esthetic, escapist, festivity experience were used engage visitors at event. A total 132 responses collected from visits bazaar had visiting bazaar. Correlation regression analysis performed test relationship between variables. Based on results, there positive associations five realms satisfaction. The findings showed each realm intermingled with other forming visitor’s unique, memorable desirable personal onsite assist operators providing best satisfaction aspects experiences.
